About Me

Hey everyone! I'm Carrie, a teen fashion and makeup enthusiast. I can only afford drugstore makeup and fairly inexpensive clothing (nothing over $40), so that's what my blog mainly centers around. My makeup style is very natural and I don't wear much daily, but the amount that I do wear, I love. That's why you'll probably see a ton of concealer and blush reviews ( my two favorite makeup types) , but not many mascara, foundation, eyeliner, eyeshadow, etc. My fashion style I would say is girly  with a little bit of edge. My favorite outfit is a girly skater dress with a purple suede motorcycle jacket, for example. I also love making things, so every now and then, you'll probably see some DIY's!

Some More Random Things About Me:

• My favorite stores are: Forever 21 and H&M
• I sing constantly! Seriously, every second of the day, I'm singing. Well, except for school....I don't think that my teacher would appreciate that, other than in Choir.
• My favorite class is......you guessed it, Choir!
• My favorite singers/bands are Florence and the Machine, Lana Del Ray, and Adele
• My favorite songs are: Dog Days, Without You, and Still Into You
• My favorite color is pink! I've loved pink pretty much my whole life, and when I was Easter Egg hunting when I was really young, I filled my basket with only pink eggs. The Easter Eggs where in all different colors, but I only picked up the pink ones :)
• I absoloutely love parenthesis! (so you'll probably be seeing a lot of them)
• I have an unrational fear of butterflies. I'm wouldn't go as far as to say that I have a phobia of them, but they do  frighten me with their bulging eyes and hairy bodies!
• I adore cats. I have two gorgeous cats, Dot and Dora (as in Pandora, not the explorer Dora), and I love them very much.
• I really enjoy Social Studies, and am considering being a Social Studies teacher when I'm older.
• I've been to England, France, Belgium, Amsterdam, Whales, India, China, Canada, and most states in America so far.
• I have acne-prone combination skin, and my blog focuses a lot on skin care.
• I'm not very, shall we say, "Athletically inclined"? I'm very clumsy, and I occasionally trip over lint. No, seriously. I do.
• I'm pretty competitive in everything other than sports. My PE teacher probably wishes that I was, but no.
• I tend to be loud and outgoing, but some days I'm fairly quiet, especially when I'm tired.
